First off, I think this is the first time I've seen shading in one of your drawings, and I love it. It looks smooth and nice, and I think I can make out a little texture in the fur, whether that was intentional or not. Your anatomy looks pretty good too, except for the wings. I can sympathize since wings can be hard to draw, but they look a little bit too high up on the body to me, unless he was supposed to be holding them up slightly.
Also, I think the "top" portion of the wing should be a little less distinct and blend into the rest of the feathers. I suggest looking at pictures of birds both at rest and in flight, there's no shame in using references, and they can really help a lot. : D
I also like the colours. I normally try to avoid putting red and blue together, but you've made it work rather nicely.
One thing though is the shading. Based on the shadows on the ground and the background itself, the sun is clearly in front of the wolf (or wolflike creature), but it looks like there's some soft light or something behind the wolf.
I'd suggest starting the light shading around the edges of the wolf closest to the sun, and then go from there, adjusting other parts depending on the position of the sun.
The shadow on the ground looks very nice though, for the most part, it's consistent with the wolf, and almost looks like it was in the picture to begin with.

Shading is a rare occasion for me- I don't think I'm great at it.
